Recall when jump in your car and enters the freeway at rush traffic hour for the first time, intimidating, right? But then after a few times and experimentation cruising through the freeway becomes a walk in the park. With some dogs barking at a distance, of course.
Cooking is the same way, for that reason, I do suggest you cook and cook no matter what it is, taste different spices and condiments blends, venture if they taste good or not so good. Also, play with the burner temperature and time the food cooking process. Practice is the only thing that will make you lose that fear of cooking and will let you move to the next step, become a Home cook or be a door dasher!
